Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TherapyDesk is an AI-powered practice-management platform for cash-pay solo therapists, currently in pre-launch. By signing up, you are reserving a founding-member spot at our early-bird price. The full product is not yet available; you are joining a waitlist with pricing benefits.

2. How the Reservation Works (SetupIntent)

When you reserve your spot, we use Stripe to create a SetupIntent. This validates your payment card and saves it for future use, but your card is not charged at the time of reservation. No money leaves your account until we launch and you begin your free trial. We will always notify you before any charge occurs.

3. Early-Bird Pricing Commitment

As a founding member, your subscription price is locked at $59 per month for 12 months from the date your paid subscription begins. This rate applies regardless of any price increases for new subscribers during that period.

4. No Obligation & Cancellation

Your reservation carries no obligation. You may cancel at any time before or after launch by emailing us at hello@therapydesk.io. If you cancel before launch, your saved payment method will be removed and no charges will ever be made.

5. Future Billing

When TherapyDesk launches, you will receive advance notice via email before your first charge. Your subscription will begin with a 30-day free trial. If you choose not to continue, you can cancel during the trial period at no cost. After the trial, your card on file will be charged $59/mo.

6. No Protected Health Information (PHI)

At this pre-launch stage, TherapyDesk does not collect, store, or process any protected health information (PHI). We collect only your name, email address, and payment card details (via Stripe). HIPAA-compliant features will be part of the launched product.

7. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@therapydesk.io. We will process your request promptly and confirm once your data has been removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TherapyDesk and DRYCodeWorks LLC are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRYCodeWorks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your reservation before the changes take effect.
