2. What Data We Collect

When you reserve your founding-member spot, we collect:

• Full name — so we know who you are when we launch.
• Email address — so we can communicate with you about your reservation and launch updates.
• Payment card information — collected through Stripe Elements to validate your card and create a SetupIntent for future billing.

We also capture UTM parameters from URL query strings (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium) to understand how people find us. We do not use cookies, Google Analytics, or tracking pixels for this purpose.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To reserve your founding-member spot at the early-bird price.
• To send you updates about TherapyDesk and our launch timeline.
• To process future subscription payments when the product launches.
• To understand which channels bring visitors to our site (via UTM parameters only).

4. Payment Processing & Stripe

All payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card number, expiration date, and CVC are sent directly to Stripe through their secure Elements integration. We never see, receive, or store your full card details on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with Stripe for the purpose of payment processing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

6. Data Retention

We retain your name and email for as long as you have an active reservation or account with us. If you request deletion, we will remove your data promptly. If we decide not to launch, we will delete all collected data and notify you.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your data and cancel your reservation at any time.

8. Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only cookies on this site are those required for essential functionality by Next.js and our hosting provider (Vercel).

9. No Sale of Data

We do not sell your personal information. This applies to all users, regardless of location, including residents of states with consumer privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

10. Children's Privacy

TherapyDesk is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you via the email address associated with your reservation. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
